David Flynn Johnston's Profile

I’m David Flynn Johnston, a real estate advisor with LPT Realty serving San Luis Obispo County and San Diego. My MBA and background in financial leadership shape how I help clients: clear analysis, practical advice and careful attention to the numbers.

For sellers, I focus on the decisions that matter—pricing against current competition, choosing improvements worth making, presenting your home effectively and understanding your potential net proceeds. For buyers, I bring that same thoughtful approach to evaluating homes and tradeoffs.

You’ll work directly with me, with straightforward communication and a plan built around your goals, timing and property.
